Transparency is a top priority for us when it comes to our guests, while maintaining a steady stream of revenue is essential for success in the hospitality sector.
Deposit and prepayment options.
During the booking process, guests are required to make a prepayment to confirm their reservation. This prepayment is typically made through card payment and covers a portion of the booking cost.
If the guest cancels within the designated 14-day free cancellation period, the prepayment will be refunded. However, if the cancellation occurs after this period, the prepayment will not be refunded.
This policy provides us with protection in case of cancellations. Additionally, during check-in, we may request a security deposit to cover any potential damages caused by the guest during their stay.
